Cancellation policy
Some items in our store, including our physician-formulated supplements, may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or "try before you buy." This policy lays out how you can manage, change, or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries of your chosen supplement products to ensure you never run out. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically based on the subscription duration and frequency you select.
We are proud to offer a monthly subscription tier to help you maintain your health regimen at a discounted rate.
Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of its duration. If you want to cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change your subscription, you can do so at any time before your next billing date. You can easily manage your subscription directly through your customer account or via the links provided in your order confirmation emails.
Subscription Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to our standard 30-day return policy. If you forget to cancel or skip a delivery and your subscription order ships, you may return the item for a refund provided it meets our strict health and safety guidelines.
For health and safety reasons, all supplement products must be unopened, unused, with the original safety seals fully intact, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. We cannot and will not accept returns on supplement products that have been opened, used, or have broken safety seals.
To request a return for a recent subscription delivery, please log into your customer account or contact us at info@rxforliberty.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to: 2121 East Coast Highway, Suite 250, Newport Beach, CA, 92625, US.
Please note that you are responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning your item. Once your uncompromised and unopened return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled and shipped, you cannot cancel the order, but you can request a return based on the strict supplement return guidelines outlined above.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a "try before you buy" item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item in its original condition, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
